What is the Best Music to Run?
When you
go jogging either through a park, through the streets or on the gym tape there
is something that is fundamental and that encourages you on many occasions to
keep up. What is it? Music! Surely more than once has helped you practice
running, right? For me it is unthinkable to go running without my music with military
winter coats.
Choose the

If you
start from scratch it is important that before running you do a few meters
walking. For this I recommend a different music, reserve for the time of the
race the style and the songs that you like and change in these first moments.
It is also good for discovering new songs and expanding your musical tastes.
For
starters I advise you to pop or even independent rock both English and Spanish.
I, for example, listen to groups like Supersubmarina, Lory Meyers, Love of
Lesbian ... they will make you start to pick up the pace. When you are focused
and want to get more rhythm, I advise faster groups that make you have a high
performance such as Led Zeppelin, Franz Ferdinand or Kings Of Leon, for
example. It all depends on what you like, of course.
Even so,
regardless of your musical tastes, I advise that when it comes to going for a
run you choose cane songs that motivate you and encourage you to keep a rhythm,
