With the
arrival of summer and heat many parts of our body are resentful. That is why we
must pay special attention to them. Just as we do with our wardrobe, we need to
change our footwear during this season of the year.

and that will produce pain and sores. When choosing a shoe for the summer, for

people choose to wear the same sneakers or butterfly
shoes all year round. However, at forty degrees these will make us

you want to wear sandals, the best option is to buy ones without too heel, like
women’s
soft leather flat shoes, but not completely flat. The sandals should
have a heel an inch and a half high, which will make your foot in a natural
position to walk and do not have pain in the ankles and hips for wearing little
or too heel. When you go to buy the sandals think if the shape they have will
make your feet ache in time to wear them.
Sometimes
we buy the footwear through our eyes and we are not fully aware that a little
time to wear it will hurt our feet a lot. If you're not used to wearing
sandals, try not to get some that have a special shape, like going between the
big toe and other fingers, because the first few days will hurt and you can
make a callus. Being your first sandals you will have to wear some, advisable
